Estimate

  1. Submit your estimate through our website or call the office during office hours Monday-Friday, 9 am-4 pm.
  2. We will contact you with any questions via email/text/call.
  3. Estimates will be sent via email and text.
  4. Review.
  5. Sign.
  6. Reserve with deposit.
  7. A confirmation message will be sent.
  8. Booking confirmation will be sent.

Service Date

  • You will receive an automated email the day before your service as a reminder of your upcoming service the following day.
  • Service date: your team will text or call you before leaving the yard and provide an accurate ETA of their arrival. Please note that morning services aim to begin with an appearance of approximately 7-9 a.m. Please allow until 11 a.m. if anything should hinder your team from their goal between 7-9 a.m.
  • Your team will arrive and review your contract with you again for signatures.
  • The crew will begin working on your service.
  • If you're moving, once loaded, your moving team will head to your destination. 
  • Your team will unload items into the designated rooms described on the boxes or as you or your contact person delegated.
  • Once service is completed, your lead team member will assist you with finalizing your payment. If you'd like, you may add a tip for the team, or you can tip your team directly.

We’re SB Taylor Moving—a woman-owned, family-run business based in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. But we’re not just movers.



Before this, we worked in healthcare. We’ve cared for patients, families, and people in transition. And we realized—what people need most in a move isn’t muscle. It’s empathy, patience, and someone who actually listens.


So we built a moving company around care-first service—and it turns out, that’s what people were waiting for. No subcontractors, no passing the work off, and owners that are always a phone call away.
