Full-Service Packing & Moving
Full-Service Packing & Moving
Sometimes the kindest thing you can do is let someone else carry the weight.
When packing feels impossible—whether you're overwhelmed, grieving, managing health issues, or simply out of time—we step in and handle everything. Not just the boxes. The decisions. The sorting. The careful wrapping of things that matter. The labeling. The organizing. The emotional labor of dismantling a home.
We're caregivers who happen to move furniture. And we pack the way we'd want someone to pack for our own families.
You Don't Have to Do This Alone
There's a reason full-service packing exists. Moving is hard enough without spending weeks wrapping dishes at midnight, trying to figure out which box your important papers ended up in, or making hundreds of small decisions when you're already exhausted.
Our full-service packing is different because we come from healthcare, not just logistics.
Before we became movers, we spent 20 years as CNAs in memory care, hospice, and veteran facilities. We know what it's like to help people through transitions they didn't choose and weren't ready for. We understand that your belongings aren't just stuff—they're your life, your memories, your security.
When we pack your home, we're not rushing to fill boxes. We're paying attention. Asking questions. Protecting what matters. Creating a system that makes unpacking easier, not harder.

When Full-Service Makes Sense
You might need full-service packing if you're facing a health crisis, helping a parent transition, grieving after a loss, overwhelmed by a compressed timeline, managing dementia or cognitive changes, or you simply prefer to hire professionals who will do it right.
We've packed for clients in chemo, post-surgery, and dealing with chronic conditions. We've supported families through estate transitions after loss. We've helped parents move into assisted living while keeping them calm and oriented. We've completed rush packing when life didn't give you three months to prepare.
No judgment, no guilt. Your time and peace of mind are valuable.
The Difference Healthcare Experience Makes
We notice things other movers miss. Medications that need to stay accessible and temperature-controlled. Medical equipment that requires special handling. Grab bars and safety equipment that should be installed first at the new location. Important documents—insurance cards, medical records, legal papers—that need separate, secure packing. Daily routine items that should move last and unpack first. Photos and memory items that provide emotional stability during transitions.
We ask questions that matter: Which items does she reach for every morning? Are there rooms he shouldn't see disrupted? What will you need access to immediately? Are there items with safety concerns?
We adapt our approach to your needs—whether that's slow, visible packing for someone who needs to see the process, quick efficient packing for someone who finds disruption upsetting, collaborative packing where you guide decisions, or independent packing where you trust us to make logical choices.
Our Systematic Process
Room-by-room approach ensures nothing is overlooked. We start with a consultation, walking through your home together to discuss priorities, identify special items, and create a packing timeline. We deliver supplies in advance—you don't shop for boxes. We use strategic packing order, starting with low-use areas like attics and basements, ending with daily-use spaces like kitchens and bedrooms.
Every box is clearly labeled with room destination, general contents, and any special handling notes. We track inventory so we know what's packed, what's not, and where everything is. Valuables like china, artwork, and antiques get specialized packing materials and extra care. We separate essentials into a first-night box with toiletries, clothes, medications, phone chargers, and important documents.
Nothing just thrown in boxes—everything wrapped appropriately. Heavier items in smaller boxes, lighter items in larger boxes. Fragile items clearly marked and positioned safely in the truck. Furniture disassembled only when necessary, reassembled at destination. Your home protected during the process with floor runners and door protection.
What's Included
All packing materials—boxes, tape, paper, bubble wrap. Professional packing team. Systematic labeling and inventory. Special materials for fragile items. Box removal after unpacking if you choose our unpacking service.
Consider what your time is worth. If packing takes you 40-60 hours over several weeks, that's time away from work, family, self-care, or sleep. Professional packing typically takes our team 1-3 days, even for large homes.
You also get peace of mind: professional packing means items are less likely to break in transit, nothing gets lost or misplaced, and unpacking is systematic rather than chaotic.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be there during packing?
That's entirely up to you. Some clients prefer to be present to answer questions and guide decisions. Others find it easier to step away and let us work. We're flexible to your comfort level.
What if I want to pack some things myself?
Absolutely. Many clients pack personal items, important documents, or sentimental pieces themselves and have us handle the bulk packing. We can create a hybrid approach.
How do you handle valuable or fragile items?
We use specialized packing materials—dish packs, mirror boxes, bubble wrap, furniture pads—and our team has extensive experience with antiques, artwork, china, and collectibles. High-value items can be separately inventoried and specially marked.
What about items I'm donating or throwing away?
We can help sort during the packing process, creating separate piles for keep, donate, and discard. We work with local charities for donation pickup and can arrange disposal services.
Can you pack a storage unit?
Yes, we regularly pack and organize storage units, including climate-controlled long-term storage at our facility.
What if my timeline changes?
Call us as soon as you know. We'll work with you to adjust the schedule. Life happens—we get it.
