WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN WORKING WITH s.b. tAYLOR TRANSPORT

Estimate

  1. Submit your estimate through our website or call the office during office hours Monday-Friday, 9 am-4 pm.
  2. We will contact you with any questions via email/text/call.
  3. Estimates will be sent via email and text.
  4. Review.
  5. Sign.
  6. Reserve with deposit.
  7. A confirmation message will be sent.
  8. Booking confirmation will be sent.

Service Date


  • You will receive an automated email the day before your service as a reminder of your upcoming service the following day.
  • Service date: your team will text or call you before leaving the yard and provide an accurate ETA of their arrival. Please note that morning services aim to begin with an appearance of approximately 7-9 a.m. Please allow until 11 a.m. if anything should hinder your team from their goal between 7-9 a.m.
  • Your team will arrive and review your contract with you again for signatures.
  • The crew will begin working on your service.
  • If you're moving, once loaded, your moving team will head to your destination. 
  • Your team will unload items into the designated rooms described on the boxes or as you or your contact person delegated.
  • Once service is completed, your lead team member will assist you with finalizing your payment. If you'd like, you may add a tip for the team, or you can tip your team directly.

Our crew members undergo thorough training in disassembling and reassembling a wide range of furniture. It's important to note that reassembly doesn't always guarantee a perfect fit, and if any issues arise—such as unsafe assembly, missing pieces, or breakage—our team will guide you on potential repairs. Additionally, if your team takes a meal break during the service, the corresponding time will be deducted from the overall cost accordingly.
